Weekly Summary Email
My first task was to redesign a weekly email sent to customers. Recipients complained that the original email was difficult to read, had a confusing layout and wasn't useful. 
Once familiarized with the company's ecosystem and goals, I was tasked with conducting a large-scale customer survey. The survey exposed invaluable insights to myself and the MDR team and was used to inform subsequent design decisions for the iOS app. The primary objectives for app were:
Increase engagement  •  Simplify information design  •  Expose value proposition
